Chris McCready has rejoined Tranmere Rovers on loan until the end of the season. The defender is down the pecking order under Ian Sampson and returns to Prenton Park to aim for some first team football.
Sammo has brought in Luke Wilkinson from Portsmouth already in the transfer window and McCready has been allowed to depart for his old stomping ground.
