Sammo has earned the top manager's job for League Two after steering the club out of danger at the wrong end of the table and into the top half. The former defender took charge of the club in October and has slowly but surely turned the season around with an impressive unbeaten run.
He becomes the first Cobblers boss since Colin Calderwood in 2006 to earn the top prize and we all know how that season ended!
