Jerome Watt has joined the Cobblers on non-contract terms from Blackburn Rovers. Watt, who scored twice in pre-season games, is a former England Under 19s international. He'll be hoping to impress John Gorman in the short term to gain a longer deal.
Meanwhile, Tom Bonner is set to join Nuneaton Borough on a month's loan.
