Hawley extends Sixfields stay
Cobblers loanee Karl Hawley has extended his deal for another month.
The front man, who has struck twice in six games since joining on loan from Preston North End, today agreed to stay at Sixfields for a further month in a massive boost for Stuart Gray.
Hawley was cup-tied for the Carling Cup exploits at Sunderland but returned to score at Stockport and in last Friday's 1-0 home win over Hartlepool United. His partnership with Adebayo Akinfenwa is beginning to show promise and the first month will hopefully be a sign of good things to come from the pair.
