Defender Mark Little has had his loan spell ended by the club after injury spelt the end of his time at Sixfields.
Little initially joined the club in September for his second period on loan at the club and had an inital one month deal extended up to the end of October. He was due to play his final game of the loan spell on Tuesday night against Colchester but injury has forced him to return to Wolves.
The defender sustained a knee injury in the 3-0 home win over Yeovil Town on Saturday and would have been missing for the next three weeks so the Cobblers have ended his current deal.
