Swindon Town (A) Preview...
The Cobblers look to continue their fine run of form this evening with a trip to Swindon next on the agenda.
Form
Swindon are struggling down in 20th place in League One after two defeats in a row. After they were beaten 3-1 in their last home game by Huddersfield Town, the Robins lost out at Southend at the weekend. Former Cobblers loan man Simon Cox is their top scorer and hit a hat-trick earlier in the season in a 3-3 draw at Hartlepool.
The Cobblers are flying after winning three in a row. Saturday's 3-0 win over Yeovil at Sixfields took us to tenth in the table following previous victories over Crewe and Hartlepool.
Team News
Billy Paynter has been given then all clear to play for Swindon tonight afte injury but Peter Brezovan and Lee Peacock are struggling with ankle and hamstring problems respectively.
The Cobblers lost three players to injury this week with Mark Little and Colin Larkin joining Liam Davis on the injured list. Larkin and Little both hobbled out of Saturday's win over Yeovil and Little has returned to parent club Wolves for them to assess his injury.
