Sammo has been boosted by the news that key central defensive partners Dean Beckwith and Craig Hinton have had triggers activated in their contracts that means they will both be at Sixfields next season. The Cobblers have been building a strong defensive line, a key part of the incredible run of form of late, and this can only be good news before the summer is even upon us.
Meanwhile, Peter Gilbert is in talks about a new deal whilst it is believed that Adebayo Akinfenwa has been offered a two year contract.
