Tonight sees more of the Cobblers' playoff rivals catch up with another game with four games involving sides in and around the Town in League Two.
We'll more than likely be forgetting about catching Notts County with the Magpies holding five games in hand over us and looking more likely to gun for automatic promotion. They should also see off Macclesfield Town at Meadow Lane this evening. Aldershot sit a point behind us and take on Bradford in their first of two games in hand. The Bantams have won their last two under new boss Peter Taylor and could well give Aldershot a close run tonight.
Meanwhile, fifth placed Rotherham travel to top club Rochdale and we must hope for a home win there to keep the Millers in our sights. Finally, Dagenham go to Plainmoor to Torquay and will overtake us should they get a point or more in darkest Devon.
It's all starting to even itself out so all set for a night of hoping for more slip ups as the big catch up continues.
