Macc up first at Sixfields!
The Cobblers will start their 2009/10 campaign with a home game against Macclesfield Town. The fixtures were released this morning and the Silkmen will visit on the opening day of the season on Saturday, August 8th. The midweek that follows will see us travel to St Mary’s to face Southampton in the Carling Cup before our first away game of the season on August 15th at Chesterfield.
An early Tuesday night trip to Accrington Stanley will be sure to welcome us into League Two whilst we see out August by hosting Bournemouth and travelling to league new boys Burton Albion.
We will face a Boxing Day clash with Dagenham and Redbridge at Sixfields while we start 2010 away at Bournemouth. In what could be a crunch end of season, the final away game comes at Valley Parade and a game at Bradford whilst we’re at home for the final day of the season against Bury.
Please see www.ntfc.co.uk for the full fixture list.
