Ian Sampson's Cobbers reserve team will take on the like of Peterborough United, Norwich City and Watford next season after they wer placed in the Totesport Combination Eastern Division for the 2009/10 campaign. The club used the reserve team to blood Chris Dunn at the start of last season with the goalkeeper stepping up to the first team when Mark Bunn was sold to Blackburn Rovers.
The full line up for the Eastern Division is as follows:
Colchester United, Ipswich Town, Luton Town, Northampton Town, Norwich City, Peterborough United, Southend United, Stevenage Borough, Watford, Wycombe Wanderers
