No Saints bow out of League One tonight with a game that was scheduled to be against Kickabouts. But last week, they dropped out, leaving us with no “real” opposition tonight. Instead, it will most likely be a friendly and we should get the automatic win that means we will finish off the bottom despite our relegation.
Abib, Andy and Will are all out while Jamie deputises for Aaron in goal who hurt his hands while getting his fingers to a shot in the warm up last week. Aaron will play out pitch for the first time in a couple of seasons while Tim continues to join the white army’s progress.
So whatever result we get tonight we should get the win barring a last minute rethink by Kickabouts and however many goals we score will be counted as a win by that number of goals.
