No Saints were pegged back in the final minute for the second time this season as new side Hen 222 scored a last gasp goal to earn a draw.
With just six men scraped together late in the day with Phil returning and Dave coming back to action earlier than expected, Hen took the lead early on. My first of the season, slipping under the keeper's hands made it 1-1 before Phil put us in front with a fine finish. Late in the game, Phil hit the post and then Hen took the ball up the other end to equalise with a monute to go!
The bad news now is that goalkeeper Scott has broken his finger so we'll be without him for the remainder of the season, a season that promised a lot but could be a bigger struggle than we first thought!
