Northampton Town 3-2 Carlisle United

The Cobblers come away with three massive points after a nervy finish at Sixfields. Andy Kirk and two goals from Scott McGleish gave us a comfortable 3-0 lead going into the last ten minutes but it was typically nervous stuff at the end with the visitors scoring twice late on.

But Stuart Gray leads his troops to a big home win and we're looking like heading in the right direction at the moment although we all know there's a long way to go.

Now we head for Port Vale next Saturday full of confidence and hopefully with an addition or two to the squad!
