The Cobblers have today signed wide man Daniel Jones on loan from Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers until January. Jones can play on either flank and will add pace and power to the Town attack.The 21-year old worked with Stuart Gray at Wolves and made eight starts for the midlands club last season as they just missed out in the Championship playoffs. Jones will be given some sort of role in tomorrows Maunsell Cup game at Rushden and Diamonds.
So another new face from the book of excellent contacts that Stuart Gray has acquired and hopefully the signing will be as impressive as his loan deals last season that saw Simon Cox, Kenny Deuchar and Alex Pearce all make an impact at the club.
