Leon’s been at it again in the reserves as he scored for the third straight reserve team game last night in the Cobblers’ 3-1 win at Stevenage Borough. Joining him on the score sheet was new loan signing Alexsander Prijovic and defender Liam Dolman as Ian Sampson’s side ran out victorious.
Prijovic put himself in contention for a starting place on Saturday with a 60 minute appearance whilst Constantine continues to impress in the second string despite poor form in front of goal in the first team. Frustrating times for the former Leeds and Port Vale striker and it’s time for him to earn his contract. But with the return of Bayo and a couple of others in front of him, that could be his biggest career test yet.
