SD Portmany 0-5 Cobblers

The Cobblers have gained a second win out of two games in Ibiza as they last night comfortably saw off SD Portmany by a convincing 5-0 scoreline.

New boy Ian Henderson was amongst the goals while Andy Holt, Liam Dolman, Andy Kirk and youth team forward Shaun Goodall completing the scoring. Following the 3-1 win over UE San Jose on Tuesday night it turned out to be a positive start to pre-season for the lads who now return to England to prepare for next Wednesday night’s game with neighbours Kettering Town.

Jason Crowe and Chris Doig once again sat out of the game but will be hopeful of a return at Rockingham Road. Fred Murray again came through 45 minutes as he eases back into action.
