No Saints approach the half way mark of the season tonight, taking on Kickabouts knowing that a win could leaves us in the top two at half way!
After two wins and two defeats from our opening four games, we’re in a very good position following last seasons’ promotion but Kickabouts will be looking to pick up their first win of the season. They sit bottom of the league on one point but this is largely down to them not turning up for two of their four games so far, resulting in automatic defeats.
Last week they did show and lost out 4-3 to league leaders Paultons so will be a tough test of the gutsy No Saints as we look to use all our metal to continue our path through the season.
To think we could be in the top two by the end of tonight is a massive incentive but either way we seem to be in the tightest of all the jdfives leagues. Nathan is still away long term while Will isn’t ready to return as yet. But hopefully the other seven will be all ready to go despite Jamie complaining of a toothache last night.
